Just when you think that someone from another department is annoying the crap out of you, be glad that he or she is not in the same department.

He who despise others' beginning is arrogant.
He who despise his beginning has low self-esteem.

Merrill Lynch Building has this really nice water feature at the foot of their building but I can never work out why they bother to put up a sign that reads "Non-Potable Water. Please Do Not Drink" since it is not likely to serve any purpose. Those who can read don't need the sign. Those who can't read won't understand what the sign is trying to say.

The determinant of the difference between cult and culture is the degree of deviation from social norm.

High profile job = more money and number of days of leave per year = more back-logs to clear
Low profile job = less money and number of days of leave per year = less back-logs to clear
